Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Who we are
Causis Research operates causisresearch.com. For privacy questions contact hello@causisresearch.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and respond to enquiries.
When you submit the early access or interest form we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the use case field. We use this information solely to evaluate your enquiry and respond to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
We use Plausible Analytics for website traffic measurement. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required or shown. You can read Plausible's privacy policy at plausible.io.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to operate the site (for example, our form handler forwards your submission to our email). We do not run advertising. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting, or third-party analytics that identify individual users.
4. Data retention
Form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as the correspondence is relevant. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@causisresearch.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing or request restriction. To exercise any of these rights contact hello@causisresearch.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
6. Legal basis for processing
We process form submission data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, responding to an enquiry you have initiated. We process analytics data in anonymised and aggregated form only, with no legal basis required under GDPR as no personal data is involved.
7. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. No consent banner is shown because none is legally required.
8. Third-party services
This site uses Formspree or equivalent to handle form submissions. Your submission is transmitted to their servers and forwarded to our email. You can review their privacy policy at their respective websites. We do not use any other third-party data processors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
