1. Who we are
Causis Research Inc. is a Delaware corporation (“Causis”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover causisresearch.com, our subdomains such as quantum.causisresearch.com, and any public demo, download or content we publish there (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Anna (annaos.ai) and any product we offer under a separate agreement have their own terms. Where those conflict with this page, the product terms win for that product.
2. What the Site is for
The Site describes our research and lets you read our writing and try public demos. It is not a product you buy, and nothing on it is an offer to sell securities, tokens or services.
3. Research content and demos
We publish results, forecasts and demos to show our work. They are research output, not advice.
Results we report are measured on the data, baselines and settings we name alongside them. They may not hold on other data or in your setting.
Demos such as the quantum computing forecast produce model output. Model output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for investment, security, legal, medical or safety decisions.
We may change, pause or remove a demo at any time without notice.
Nothing on the Site is a statement that any model, system or company will perform in a particular way in the future.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You may not:
try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or our models, or probe, scan or test them for vulnerabilities without our written permission
send automated traffic to a demo beyond what a person using it by hand would generate, or use it to train, benchmark or distil another model without our written permission
reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the architecture, weights, logs or training data behind any demo
copy, scrape or republish the Site’s content at scale
use the Site in a way that harms other users or third parties
We may block access from any source that breaks these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its text, images, code, models, demos and the names Causis Research, CR-Stream, CR-Causal and Anna are ours or used with permission. You may quote short passages of our writing with attribution and a link. Everything else needs our written permission. Any feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
6. Third party links
The Site links to other sites, including GitHub, Hugging Face, X and Discord. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. No warranty
The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Causis and its officers, directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the European Union keep any rights and venue their local law gives them.
